Breaking News: Former Heavyweight Champ, Joe Frazier dies at age 67
Former heavyweight champion, Joe Frazier, has died at age 67 sometime Monday night. Frazier’s business representative, Leslie Wolff, announced in early November that Frazier had liver cancer and that he had entered hospice care. Recognized by all who adored him as “Smokin’ Joe Frazier,” he was known to stalk his challengers around the ring with persistent attacks. Smokin’ Joe, during the course of his career, had won 32 fights in all, 27 knockouts, and only losing four times. Battling cancer for a while, Frazier’s body could no longer fight the good fight.
